Taylor Cave
After completing her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Cave pursued additional fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her training focused on facial reconstruction following cancer and trauma, rhinoplasty and gender-affirming facial surgery, amongst a broad range of facial procedures.
Dr. Cave was drawn to facial plastic surgery because it combines technical precision with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how patients see themselves and interact with the world. Her goal is to help patients align their external appearance with their internal identity. For some, that means restoring confidence after trauma. For others, it means reclaiming a sense of self that cancer has tried to take away. And for others still, it is an expression of self-confidence or self-care.
Dr. Cave believes the best surgical outcomes begin with listening and a team-based approach. Every patient has a unique story, goals and definition of success. She strives to provide compassionate, individualized care while restoring form and function with natural, enduring results.
Outside of medicine, you’ll usually find Dr. Cave spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs, struggling through Pilates or enjoying the outdoors. She has recently gained an appreciation for fishing, though her enthusiasm definitely exceeds her skill level. She is always happy to end a great day with a good glass of wine and good company.
