POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the healthcare organization. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and alignment with the goals of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement strategic goals in collaboration with physician partners to drive clinic growth and enhance service offerings in ENT, allergy, and audiology.
- Oversee financial operations, revenue cycle management, cost control, expansion projects, equipment procurement, and technology upgrades as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior leadership and department heads.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency to support continuous improvement.
- Advise physician leadership on business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical practices.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on governance, policy development, and performance reporting.
- Drive quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with third-party payers, vendors, and referral sources.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education (or substitute experience) and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of leadership experience in specialty care or multi-physician medical practice management.
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, financial management, and staff leadership.
- Familiarity with ENT, allergy, or audiology services is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of billing, payer contracting, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative staff.
Travel:
Ability to travel to and work at various office locations based on staffing needs and schedule.

- Experience managing EHR and practice management systems.
- Prior involvement in multi-site clinic operations or expansion planning.
