She has experience in allergy and is now specializing in the care of ENT patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evelyn is a native Californian born and raised in Los Angeles, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California in 1998. She has worked in hospital settings for several years as an ICU nurse in neurosurgery and trauma units nationwide. She returned to California for graduate school and received her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of California Los Angeles, graduating with honors in 2005.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evelyn works closely with the other providers at SacENT to establish a comprehensive plan of care for patients. In her role as a Nurse Practitioner in an ENT practice, she has the ability to provide a wide range of services to help patients understand and manage their individual ENT needs. She diagnoses and treats chronic and acute health problems including ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies and prescribing medications.
