Dr. McLaughlin focuses on the treatment of the patient, not simply the disease. He values the relationships he maintains with his patients and aims to be a staunch patient advocate. Dr. McLaughlin offers both traditional and novel treatments for a multitude of ear, nose and throat complaints. He is also skilled at performing minimally invasive, in-office procedures that allow for treatment options outside of the operating room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When not in the office, Dr. McLaughlin is an avid trail runner, cycler and open-water swimmer. He enjoys taking advantage of the numerous outdoor opportunities here in Northern California and spending time with his family.<\/p>\n\n\n
